This summer I planted a pole bean in the garden for the first time. Only one seed came up, but wow did it produce! It grew up the trellis and eventually found the nearby arched trellis and wrapped up around that. This morning we awoke to an annoying chirping sound from a detector, which went off about every 60 seconds.
